Scaleflow OS
Sleek, intelligent website for an AI operating system for buildings. Animated system diagrams, modular feature breakdowns, and immersive scroll interactions convey the product's power to building owners and asset managers.

01 — The brief
Starting with context.
Scaleflow OS is the AI connective layer for real assets — unifying BMS, CMMS, energy, tenant systems, documents, and capital planning into one intelligent platform that finally lets buildings operate as a whole.
Problem
to solution.
The case study keeps the reasoning visible: what needed to change, how the design responded, and what the final system made possible.
The product connects many different systems — BMS, maintenance, energy, tenants, compliance — and the website had to make this comprehensible at a glance without drowning visitors in technical detail or enterprise-software clutter.
Built an immersive Framer site with animated module diagrams that visualise how disconnected building systems flow into a single intelligence layer. Clean card-based feature breakdowns and a strong pilot CTA guide property operators toward the next step.
How the work
took shape.
A flexible process adapted to the project—not a rigid template applied to every brief.
Understand
Clarify the audience, business goal, content priorities, and the friction the experience needs to remove.
Shape
Turn the strategy into information architecture, visual direction, and an interface system with a clear hierarchy.
Refine
Test the responsive behaviour, polish the important interactions, and prepare a coherent experience for handoff or launch.
04 — Outcomes
What the work delivered.
Animated system integration diagrams
Intelligent, clean visual identity
Modular feature architecture layout
