Project management tools often feel cluttered with features. The challenge was designing an interface that provided powerful functionality (kanban, timeline, analytics) while feeling lightweight and easy to adopt for new team members.
Designed a clean, focused project management interface in Figma with multiple view options (kanban, timeline, list), visual milestone tracking, and progress analytics dashboards. The onboarding flow was designed to get teams productive within minutes.
